Welcome to Milligrams (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and related services including online menus, reservations, pre‑orders, loyalty programs, SMS/email communications, and in‑store pickup (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions (21+ Only)
You must be 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase cannabis under applicable New Jersey or New York law. Government-issued identification may be required at pickup.
2. Compliance With Cannabis Laws
Products are sold only where lawful, are not shipped, and are available for in-store pickup only. Transport across state lines is prohibited. Purchases for resale or diversion to minors are strictly prohibited.
3. No Medical Advice
Information on this site is informational only and not medical advice. Cannabis may impair coordination and judgment. Do not drive or operate machinery after use.
4. Orders & Payments
Online orders are reservations only and not completed sales. All sales are finalized in person after ID verification and inventory confirmation. Prices may change due to taxes or regulatory requirements.
5. Returns
All cannabis sales are final due to state regulations.
6. Loyalty & Promotions
Programs may be modified or discontinued at any time and have no cash value.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Milligrams and may not be used without permission.
8. Assumption of Risk
Use of cannabis involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Milligrams shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Milligrams for claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Burlington County, New Jersey. No class actions.
12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of New Jersey and New York as applicable.
